Located on the south coast of Madeira Island, Casa da Quinta Grande, in Câmara de Lobos, has three bedrooms, two of them with comfortable double beds and the third with a versatile single bed that can easily be converted into another double bed, and has enough space to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, the house offers two modern full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.
Outside, a large space that stretches around the property provides plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the sunny climate, as well as enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a barbecue available for those who wish to prepare meals outdoors, while the jacuzzi invites you to relax and enjoy an invigorating moment while admiring the coastal scenery.
Car parking is a guaranteed convenience, with space available in the backyard of the property, offering practicality and security for guests arriving by car.
This accommodation has WI-FI in all areas.
AREA
The house is located on the south coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Quinta Grande, in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos. Make the most of your stay and explore the area! Take in the views by visiting the Fajã dos Padres viewpoint, accessible via a cable car that connects to a small paradise beach, a restaurant and several holiday homes.
There are other attractions nearby, such as Ilha das Aves, about 9 minutes by car from the property, or the Cabo Girão viewpoint, about 7 minutes away.
In the neighbourhood you'll find other points of interest such as "A Venda do André", a place that carries on the history of Madeira's old grocery stores and where an average of 200 to 500 ponchas are sold every weekend.
The centre of Câmara de Lobos is about 10 minutes away. In the town centre you can also find various essential services, pharmacies, supermarkets, the Market, the Henriques&Henriques Winery, the Press Museum and typical fish and meat restaurants.
The city of Funchal is about 25 minutes away by car.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
