LPG central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 42 acre grounds with walled and landscaped gardens with sitting out area and garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. Adjoining woodlands and a golf course, and close to some of Cornwall’s finest surfing beaches, this lovely property is ideally situated for easy access to the famous attractions of St Ives, Eden Project, Falmouth, the city of Truro, The Lizard and Helford River. Penzance, with its connections to the Scilly Islands, is a 15-minute drive. Shops, restaurant, sandy beach, shop and pub, 2 miles.

The property and grounds were beautiful to look at and lovely to wander through. A nearby town was able to supply all of our general necessities but the property managers had catered for the essentials. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable property
