The staff were WONDERFUL and did their very best to make our stay comfortable, however the owners are clearly just taking cash from the building with little maintenance or upgrade. The room was very clean, however there were several holes in the walls that were roughly patched, but not sanded or painted. There was rust on the metal heater and doors. The mirror was chipped in……

The only feedback I have is about the café. The coffee and food quality could be improved. We preferred exploring nearby local coffee shops and cafés instead.”

“Good things: Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast "snack" was low key, but excellent. The bathroom floors were heated. The location was perfect. Things not great: The room had been cleaned but things were missed including some trash and a grimy electric kettle. A window shade was nonfunctional and unable to be operated without assistance. The heating system was locked out of control at the room level and needed another visit to get it working. There were some signs of wear……
