"The location and ocean view is spectacular. The staff is friendly. The room with an extra bedroom was ideal for our adult son. The only drawback was not having a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers."

"-Off site staff were very accessible when we found the door keypad tricky. -The common area kitchen was well stocked and felt welcoming and well thought out. I was especially pleased with the breakfast options! -Parking was super easy and super close to the rooms. -Our room (7) didn’t seem as renovated as the rooms in the pictures, but with the exception of the stained carpet, it seemed quite clean. Appreciated the waters and snacks. -Check out at 10am feels earlier than most hotels. -great location for walking around downtown! We went to a show at the Opera House and it was a quick walk."

"This home exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures don’t do it justice. There was so much room and so perfectly New England. The proximity to the darling downtown area, wharf and many great restaurants was wonderful. The perfect walk after a big dinner or for morning coffee. It was obvious that it is a well loved home with a rich family history."
