「Everything was amazing at this property. Easy to connect with staff via the app if you needed anything. The room was clean and decorated well. The breakfast every morning was fresh and it gave you a family feel seeing all the other guests during breakfast. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. My only suggestion would be if you are going in the summer ask for a room that doesn’t face the front street. There is no air conditioning (which is fine) but if we opened the window I could wave at...

「Property was well equipped and has fantastic views across the city from the upstairs lounge. It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. 」

「Stayed here for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's very quiet at night which was great in such a busy area. The location is good, only a few minutes' walk to the nearest tube station. Recommend. 」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
