「Just the best rental ever.Well stocked with everything you could ever need.The beach decor was perfect. Beds were exceptionally comfortable down to the wonderful soft sheets. That may sound like an inconsequential thing, but to me, it speaks volumes about a host who really cares.The location is sublime if you want to be close to, but also away from, the main commercial area. The view doesn't get any better. I can see why people say they are return guests.I can't wait to go back.」

「had slight trouble getting into the property but Shane was quick to call back and respond to straighten it out. the HOAs process was simple and the staff was incredibly friendly. On-site security was active and visible throughout the stay walking throughout the property. Easy beach access, with a closet full of chairs/wagon/umbrella/cooler was also very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend」

There are some improvements/maintenance issues I recommend that the owners of this property undertake as follows: The blinds on the door to the balcony are so old that they are just falling apart on their own; the baseboards in the bathroom off the living room need repainting and caulking; check the A/C ducts for mold - my wife is very sensitive about that and kept complaining about the smell.
