“Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.”

“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando……

“The outside of property is in poor condition and the pool furniture is all broken and old luggage racks/carts all had flat tires,,check-in was past 4 and overall a nightmare,,trying to push those carts not easy they tip over stuff goes everywhere and the elevator made me nervous every single time I got on it…the air was cool in our room and had a full kitchen was nice, aside from the 4 house hold cockroaches and broken balcony chairs it was not horrible”

“The view and location were amazing. It was quiet. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We did have to drive to get to most places. Thought there would be more within a short walk. There was not a lot of parking available around town. We went to Central Square. Three hours of parking cost us $21.35. There were issues with the condo. Ice maker broken. Two trays that were available were cracked. No kitchen hand soap. Only a very small bottle of dish soap and two small bars for the……
