“The property was clean and reasonably maintained. However the room was supplied with 3 bath mats and a face cloth, no hand or bath towels !! This needs to be addressed. This is the second time staying at this location and didn't have bath towels the first time either!!!”

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets……

“Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Jillian was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and helpful with ideas. The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. “We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We have 2 little ones so it was great not having to haul a pack n play and high chair. Loved the long dining table. Host was easy to……

“Our visit to Norris lake was incredible. Our contact with the guest was immediate and so helpful. We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. ”
