The quad room is great if you have teens - they have their own room and there is a communal living room upstairs with netflix prime etc if they don't want to watch with you in your room. I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything.
