「It was good value for money. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot, though getting in and out of the tub was a little dicey. We didn't purchase their breakfast, we went across the street to Craig's and got a BAP. The room was fine, though we could've used a little more furniture, we just had to lay our suitcases on the floor. No real complaints, it was quiet and comfortable for a couple of nights for us to look around Derry.」

「Building work going on at the hotel just now, as they are renovating parts of it. We were told about this before we booked. It didn’t affect our stay at all though. It was good to see the improvements they are making. Staff are amazing. So very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.」

「The entire property was introduced to us by Sharon who gave us a history on the property. She also showed us to the breakfast room and the drawing room, named the Oscar Wilde room. She showed us to our room and explained the amenities very thoroughly. We also met both Colin & Emmett who were exceptionally welcoming. The room itself was small but perfect for a couple.
