「The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

「The room was clean and we enjoyed a quiet night sleep. I stayed here 2 years prior and feel that the services provided didn't reach the level they had previously. Overall, I will stay here again when I return to Lynchburg in the future.」

Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? We had the front desk put us in another room and it had the same issues. So obviously this hotel does not care to clean any of its rooms. Also the TV did not work. I will never stay at another Quality Inn again. I would suggest no one stay at this hotel.」

「Room was clean. AC wouldn't go below 68, which when it's over 100 degrees outside is a bummer, but it held it's temp okay. The toilet was LOUD after the flush for a solid 2 or 3 minutes. Food was good, staff was pleasant, valet attendees were top notch.」
