"Very clean property and house. The heating of the rooms is uneven; the upstairs bedrooms become very hot in the middle of the night even when you turn off the fireplaces. The lower bedroom was very cold. Almost all the time unless you left the fireplace burning. The stairs off of the deck going down to the yard could both use a safety railing to hold onto. "Amazing home, well-appointed with anything you could need. Quick drive to downtown Ellicottville and ski slopes. We enjoyed the board games, ping pong, bonfire outside, and everyone had their own space for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we could ever need to cook and entertain 10 people. Nancy was super responsive and made sure our stay was perfect!"
