"The staff were a delight!!! Good all around. And for fine dinning, Atlas restaurant is a Must!!! Delicious food, very accommodating without a reservation, FYI, things would go smoother with a reservation 👍"

"This place was very disappointing. When we arrived to check in, one staff member was on the phone speaking loudly and sounded upset. I was trying to check in with another staff member, but the noise made it difficult to hear the person assisting me. As someone who travels often, I have never encountered such an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member helping us was not particularly friendly either. I considered leaving right away but stayed to avoid being charged a fee. When we entered the room, there was a strong Febreze smell that made it hard to breathe. We kept the window open all day, but the smell lingered. We also noticed that our neighbour had placed their room service dishes outside their door in the early evening. By late the next morning, when we were leaving our room, those dishes were still there. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"The staff is always exceptional. The room cleanliness was fine. We did not use any of the business facility nor the gym. We had an issue with our bathroom, but we’re given a different room immediately this is why we keep coming back to this location always friendly, always accommodating."

"Hong was an excellent host from the start. She worked with me to fit my needs. Check-in was easy with the keypad.The house is roomy and very comfortable. Ample amount of towels were provided in each bedroom. I appreciated the k-cup coffees especially as I had busy morning starts.Hong was very communicable and addressed any of my messages in a responsive manner.House is walking distance to quite a few restaurants, market, coffee shops, banks."
