“We spent the weekend at Mammoth Caves (about 25-30 mins away) and this was the perfect spot for us to spend our nights. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze and everything we needed to be comfortable was there.One thing differs from the pictures is they have now installed a full sized stove/oven to replace the hotplate and toaster oven. We had a great time and plan to comeback and finish exploring the area in the near future. I would fully recommend checking this location out if you are……

“Absolutely gorgeous home, huge ! 1 large living room with a TV plus another living room for reading. A huge kitchen with all appliances, cookwear, dishes, etc. The coffee pot is a pod style but has an insert for ground coffee,and a variety of pods to choose from. A laundry room with new looking washer and dryer. 1st floor bedroom and bath. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bath. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. Very comfy beds and furniture. Very clean. Location is on thr main road in town,……

“Deer Jenny is a beautiful place to stay. Peaceful. Clean. Lots of room. Off the beaten path but not to far off. Neighbors are close by. Went to KY Down Under and Onyx Caverns about 15 minutes away. We also went to Lost River about 30 minutes away. Was looking forward to fishing as stated but grass was not cut down around pond so don’t bank lol on that. Seen wildlife (deer and turkey) in back. Has great time overall. Would stay again. ”

“We had a great stay, the shack on shortcut is a very cute and cozy place. This is on the owners property and a working farm. Neither bothered us but just a heads up. I also did not realize from the photos that the living area and recreation area are separate rooms which was nice. The bathroom is in the rec room with a step up into it. We were able to enjoy quiet evenings playing games and watching movies. We also spent time in the rec room and at the fire pit. If we are in the area again we……
