Within a beautiful bourgeois residence, this 2nd-floor 3-room apartment offers an exceptional setting. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the brightness and modernity of the living area. The spacious and naturally lit living room serves as the warm heart of the apartment. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort.

The separate kitchen, a true functional gem, is modern and well-equipped. The apartment features two terraces, one of which is a large terrace with a sea view. The small terrace at the back, facing north, provides a private space for peaceful relaxation.
