We chose the apartment for the sea view from its large balcony, which was even better in reality than in the photos. Its location is excellent, overlooking Place de Midi, on the edge of old Cannes and within easy walk of La Croisette etc. The apartment itself matched the photos, clean and modern.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer entschädigt für die Mängel in der Wohnung. Licht Terrasse und Kühlschrank waren defekt. Die Klimaanlage macht nach dem Ausschalten Geräusche. Eine Lichtblede war demontiert. TV nur auf französisch. Regendusche defekt. Ein zweiter Hausschlüssel wäre super gewesen. Die Elektrogeräte waren in Ordnung. Geschirr gab es genügend. Die Betten waren bequem.

Nice view, great stay

The view is one of the nicest in Cannes, just in front of the ocean, from the six floor it's just amazing. The apartment is in really good conditions, not really new but very well maintained, we were pretty much satisfied with it. An excellent choice if you want to spend a few days just steps away from the center of Cannes and swim in the sea with just a minute walk.

Il faut absolument mettre des casseroles et poêles utilisables. Il n’y a pas grand chose comme ustensiles pour faire la cuisine. Procédure horrible avec immo groom ; bataille de mails de 6 adresses différentes et aucun moyen d’avoir quelqu’un au tel.

For the location and balcony view we can forgive some misunderstanding with management company. Like usually on Airbnb or Vrbo we tried to communicate with host. No answers at all. We asked about parking , check in dates but only when I requested cancellation they responded. We came 3 or 4 hours before check in time. They soon it’s not ready yet but offered to store our suitcases 8 euro per hour per item ( because we have no chance ) but as soon we let Taxi go - apartment became available ( of course for 70 or 80 euro) When I reported closet door broken and failing apart was no answer at all but when I asked for extra towels ( we stayed a week) answer came immediately- yes for 19 euro. But once again - view is amazing, location the best.

Toller Wohnung, super Ausblick

Den Schlüssel haben wir bei der Agentur mit einem Code abholen können. Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht und befindet sich im 6 Stock. Dennoch heizt sie sich nicht so extrem auf, wie wir es in anderen Wohnungen in den obersten Stockwerken bereits erlebt hatten. Der nächste Pluspunkt ist ein kleiner Weg direkt zur Strandpromenade durch die Keller. Zusammenfassend eine tolle, sauberer Wohnung und die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur war sehr einfach. Gern wieder nächstes Jahr

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est propre. Dommage que l'ascenseur soit trop petit pour prendre la poussette et le bébé. J'ai dû monter 6 étages car l'état de l'ascenseur n était pas top : résultat il était en panne avant notre départ. Ce serait bien de préciser ce détail qui est important pour les familles avec enfants. Tout le monde ne rentre pas dans l'ascenseur : 2 personnes max. Les travaux à côté perturbent de temps en temps
