Super!

Le logement est très bien. Situé au cinquième étage. Un très grand balcon, bien aéré, donc il ne fait pas chaud. Une seule rue le sépare du centre-ville. La mer est donc proche, mais le bruit de la ville est presque inaudible. La cuisine propose de très bons plats, des casseroles et des casseroles de très bonne qualité. tout est clair. Grande douche confortable. Le seul point négatif pour nous était le garage très étroit. Peut-être parce que nous avons une voiture large, mais c'était très difficile de rouler là-bas. Sinon, j'ai vraiment tout aimé ! Bon matelas, très confortable pour dormir. Je recommande à tout le monde.

A bright appartment with all that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Wonderful terrace and very centrally located. It is everything that it is advertised to be. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Perfect location!

Close to the heart of the city without the noise. Carole was fantastic and so is her apartment. Rest easy booking this one, it’s everything it’s advertised to be.

Good place!

Good apartment, with everything you need. Location is fantastic, we could walk everywhere. We had a small car, which we kept in the garage. Make sure you don’t have a big car, the garage is small, but we were thrilled we had one (easier to win the lottery than parking on the street there). The only thing (just a detail) I wish were different: the pillows were bulky for me, more on the hard side. Other than that, a very nice place, with a kitchen that had everything ( coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, pans...)

Très belle semaine

Carole sait vous accueillir avec toute sa gentillesse et sa décontraction. Séjour très ensoleillé et très agréable du 25 février au 4 mars dans l'appartement "Mimosas" à Cannes Center. L'appartement, avec son grand balcon et son garage très appréciable en sous sol, est très bien équipé et aussi très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare, de la rue d'Antibes, du port, de la Croisette et son palais du festival, du marché coloré de Forville. Nous le recommandons.

Smart appartment in smart town

Appartment was well fitted out with everything we wanted. Easy to walk everywhere in Cannes from our base. Swam in the sea in November. Took train to Nice.

Idéalement situé

Petit appartement agréable, fonctionnel et très bien situé, proche du Suquet et du centre ville à pied. La possibilité de garer son véhicule dans le garage au sous-sol de l'immeuble a été très pratique. Carole Mascaro nous a bien accueilli et les informations qu'elle nous a données dés notre arrivée ont été plus que utiles.

Petit appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé dans un endroit calme, proche à pied du Suquet et centre ville. nous avons très apprécié la possibilité de garer notre véhicule dans le garage au sous sol de l'immeuble. Mme Mascaro qui nous a accueillis, nous a également grandement aidé en nous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires et en répondant à toutes nos demandes rapidement et efficacement. Cela a contribué à ce que notre sejour soit agréable.

Très agréable appartement, excellente situation

Excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Agréable à vivre, très lumineux et très propre, calme et fonctionnel. Grande terrasse bien ensoleillée (avec store) ; excellent couchage (nous avons apprécié les lits électriques). Rien ne manque. La Croisette, le mer à quelques minutes à pied. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture (parking privé et fermé très agréable). Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. A recommander.
