*Location, Location, Location! Our home is located in the town of Cannon Beach near all the great restaurants and shops, yet tucked away for those who want to enjoy the quiet and watch the everchanging views of the beach and estuary.

Description of our home:
*Living Room: open concept living room adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The large windows allow lots of natural light to enter and provide you with amazing views of the water. A pull out sofa in the living room will sleep 2 comfortably.
*Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with all necessities for preparing a wonderful home cooked meal while visiting the coast.
*Bedroom 1: King Bed - sleeps 2 Newly updated!
*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - sleeps 2
*Living room 3: Couch is a sofa sleeper and will sleep 1-2
*Bathroom: full bath with tub/shower combination.
*Gas Fireplace

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed two dogs with a $30/dog minimum. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. Contract will note full requirements

Cannon Beach 2025

We had a great time staying here. Malia was great to work with and the entire process was completely seamless. The location is amazing with super easy access to the beach and downtown Cannon. We were able to walk everywhere and leave our car parked the entire time. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay on Cannon Beach

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The place was perfectly situated for long walks on the beach, great access to town and hikes in the neighboring state parks. We loved the property, the location and how roomy and inviting the surroundings are. We will return!

Beautiful and relaxing location

We really enjoyed our vacation in this lovely home. It was quiet and picturesque and perfect mix of relaxation and activities. Especially loved the super soft sheets on the beds!

Loved the view and the location!

It's really hard to beat this location where you can step onto the beach AND into the charming downtown of Cannon Beach. The place is dated, and being a round house makes for an interesting floor plan, BUT it was extremely clean, well kept up, stocked (towels, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen), cozy and comfortable. Malia and Arnie were very attentive hosts - we had a wonderful post-Thanksgiving weekend with our kids.

Great time

The place was awesome. Very close to restaurants and shopping yet quiet. The view of the sunsets was stunning. It had a great fireplace plus anything we needed and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back.

Delightful beach escape

We enjoy how this place is on the beach but provides a sense of privacy. The proximity to downtown Cannon Beach - the bakery! - is a true draw.

Beautiful property on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The location is ideal, close to the beach and close to town. The amenities are first rate with literally everything one could ask for at your fingertips. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was completely reliable. The owners replaced the washing during our stay which was thoughtful of them. I recommend this castle without reservation.

Wonderful spot

Great location, close to the ecola creek for water play with kids dogs etc. House is a short walk to the beach. Very clean upon check in and responsive hosts, parking onsite, walking distance to shops etc. we’ll be back again!

Great beach weekend

House is in a great location, steps from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Home was spotless and had all the amenities we required. Fantastic views of Ecola creek and the ocean from the living room and deck. Wonderful long weekend!!

Loved staying here!

We loved staying at the Sand Castle! The location is fabulous. Walkable to downtown Cannon Beach shops and restaurants. We loved watching the pelicans gather in the estuary and even saw a few elk crossing the water. This is a very special place. It’s an older property but extremely clean. We will be back!

The perfect getaway!

Such a cozy and comfortable home with incredible views! The location is amazing - very easy access to the beach and it's literally steps into town. The house has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed. Super clean and also really quiet. We very much loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect location and a great little rental!

We had a wonderful time at The Sand Castle. Absolutely perfect location, a very short walk to downtown Cannon Beach and beach front with a path to the sand. This rental had all the amenities and we loved the cute pet friendly touches. The owners were very responsive before-during-after our visit as well and the home was very clean. We will 💯 be back for a return visit!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

Our family had so much fun staying in your home. We were able to catch up and spend much needed quality time together. Cannon Beach is such a beautiful & peaceful place. We valued every second of our time here. We all look forward to another visit hopefully next year. This rental is highly recommended due to the close location to the beach & shops, cleanliness, and the availability of the household supplies for our use. cannon beach experience

We have stayed in over one dozen properties in cannon beach, and I am being conservative, but I must say that the Sandcastle is by far the nicest, quietest, most convenient place that we have ever stayed in cannon beach! 5 stars plus is what I give you.

Excellent beach home

Very lovely home, perfect for a small family. Very clean and well taken care of. Safe for young children, I wasn’t worried about my one year old breaking anything expensive. It had everything we needed plus some. Perfect location from the beach and town. Quiet neighborhood.

Great home, unbelievable location

There's not much to add to the title of this review. The home is a unique, circle-spaced place that was very clean and had all the things we needed. The beach is really close and in a bit of a estuarial cove so that you aren't smack dab in the middle of the main beach thoroughfare. A truly wonderful place and we hope to visit again and again.

Sand Castle review

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was easy beach access and a five minute walk to the downtown. The view from the deck was beautiful. We were glad we brought out binoculars to be able to get a better look at the waterfowl. The property owners answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. We would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Perfect vacation spot

Our family has made many trips to Cannon Beach and this is the first time we have stayed at this end of the beach. We really loved how convenient the home is to some of the best restaurants and shopping. Instead of driving from our rental and trying to find a parking spot we were able to simply walk a few hundred feet and be right where we wanted. The home itself is excellent for a quiet family vacation. Short easy walk to the beach for a campfire and conversation. Very quiet neighborhood beautiful view of sunset. Highly recommended!
