"I've stayed at this location several times in the past few months, so obviously it's a worthwhile spend. The property is nice and clean, and it's exactly what you need for a quick cheap stay with little to no perks/frills. The bathrooms are extremely nice, more than you'd expect for the prices. The shared kitchen is beautiful and large, but label your food!! The rooms are nice, clean firm beds. Keep in mind the WALLS ARE THIN. The one thing they NEED TO improve is the communication with office...

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...
