Great place, needs greater communication
I've stayed at this location several times in the past few months, so obviously it's a worthwhile spend. The property is nice and clean, and it's exactly what you need for a quick cheap stay with little to no perks/frills. The bathrooms are extremely nice, more than you'd expect for the prices. The shared kitchen is beautiful and large, but label your food!! The rooms are nice, clean firm beds. Keep in mind the WALLS ARE THIN. The one thing they NEED TO improve is the communication with office or management, or lack thereof. The only time you can truly communicate with them is when you are trying to check-in. The check-in process is pretty straight-forward, but they do not explain it well at all and they wait until the last minute to give important information. If any issues come up, good luck getting a hold of management. The company is fortunate to have Cathy and Amy as staff at this location (there are properties). They are really only there to clean...but my goodness, they do SO MUCH MORE. If it were not for those 2 ladies, the property probably wouldn't be as highly rated/booked. Overall, if you need to stay on a budget or just passing through, it's worth it.

I reserved 2 rooms. There was no hot water frequently. The room, bed sheet, and bath room counter are dirty. Otherwise, we cannot close windows. Last night, the wind blew the windows down and it was broken.
