"Rooms are comfortable and quiet. All around lovely experience especially with The Ohio Star Theater right there across the parking lot."

"The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month. "

"Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. "

"Our room was fine. Staff was professional. Currently renovating hotel. Guest laundry was not available and we are not informed until we checked in. Advance notice was not provided before checking in. We needed to alter our plans. "

"Clean, the bed was very comfortable,friendly and helpful staff, very affordable. Close to many restaurants and 1 exit to the Hall of Fame. Highly recommended. Thanks!"
