“Staff is very welcoming and nice. However our room wasn’t that clean to begin with. The bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Our room was only cleaned once and the restroom was dusty and full of spiders. The curtains looked very dirty throughout the room. The shower looked filthy and gross. Breakfast was good but only toddler portions are free which consist of bananas and pineapple and if you want an omelet or gallo pinto it’s extra. Laundry service was very expensive and……

“Staff was really helpful at check-in. Rooms were very basic but good value for the price, especially since they provided breakfast. I loved the full size fridge and kitchen facility which would allow you to store and cook basic things if you were staying for multiple days. The only negative was that they wanted to charge me $20 USD for 1/2 of a load of clothes. I had expected/hoped to have access to a self serve laundry.”

"The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food."
