“Really nice place. Comfortable and spacious with a great view of the lake and the volcano in the distance. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but other than that, it was a pleasnat stay ”

“This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday……

“As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. You can not pass the guard to get in without them all. Beautiful home great property and……

“Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. Put together shotty. Paint and cement chips throughout the balcony and no seating on the balcony, furnishings are cheap laminate, bathroom has mold in the shower, and doors to the shower and to the bathroom itself don’t close because of poor installation, no stove, and outside of building is under……

“Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here.”

“The condo has all of the amenities you require to have a peaceful respite. 25 minutes to Nueve Arenal for restauants but worth the trio.”

“First rate construction, beautiful interior, incredible view. You will definitely need a car. Name of the property: Arenal Malaku Condos. Please note: you are about 1 hour from La Fortuna, or 45 min from the Hot Springs. Property manager never got back to us with the name of the condo, a phone number, or any instructions how to get there. If you put up that name on the Internet, you can find it under Google Maps. Internet connection at this condominium is extremely poor. There is no cable……
