「This place was incredible! The room was my favorite and I loved that there's hot springs on the property. The staff was very nice and helpful as my friend had an injured leg. Great place to stop by on the way to La Fortuna would go back.」

「Insgesamt nettes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht. Leider sehr hellhörig, die Treppe knarzt so laut- wenn einer nachts auf WC musste, waren alle anderen auch wach. War aber eigentlich egal, denn der Kühlschrank war noch lauter- alle 30min ist die Kühlung angesprungen und war lauter als der Start eines Flugzeugs. Den Privatpool würde ich besser meiden- das Wasser scheint nicht oft gewechselt zu werden, unsere Badekleider waren nach dem Pool gelb verfärbt und selbst eine Reinigung im Waschsalon hat...

「The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !」

「Good location, quiet and peaceful」

「Rustikale, sehr saubere Unterkunft direkt am Wald. Haben vom Balkon Kolibris, Echsen, verschiedene Vögel und andere Tiere gesehen. Für 4 Personen ist das Zimmer klein, aber es reicht. Beim Frühstück hat man 3 Varianten zur Auswahl, Kaffee, Wasser, Tee soviel man mag. Personal und Köchin waren sehr freundlich. Es wird ein Nachtspaziergang (kostenpflichtig, aber günstig) angeboten. Soda und Supermarkt fußläufig in 10min erreichbar, sonst eher abgelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.」

「Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. 」

「The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The pocket sized gathering places are charming - slider over looking lake, dining room and reception, the separate lounge area with tea and coffee looking into the jungle. The evening walk was fun. The property is on the top of a very steep hill...

「If you were only staying for one or two nights in Chachagua, then this motel might suit you fine, please be highly aware of their nonrefundable policy. I made the mistake of booking this hotel for two weeks so that I had a homebase for my entire stay in Costa Rica. When I realize that I was not very happy staying there, I was unable to cancel or get refunded for my unused nights.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at La Vida Mountain Resort and Spa. We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.」

「Marianne (zelf ook Nederlands van oorsprong) heeft ons zeer gastvrij verwelkomt. We waren blij verrast met ons verblijf. Behoorlijk ruim, grote bedden,complete keuken, nette badkamer, heerlijke douche! Ligging is prachtig met uitzicht op de Arenal Vulkaan. Marianne heeft ons gezin ook meegenomen om vuurvliegjes te bekijken vlakbij de accommodatie! Dit was echt GEWELDIG! kenden we alleen van tv.. Elke ochtend werd er een ontbijtje gebracht...wat een luxe! Wij voelden ons hier zeer welkom,veilig...

「A propriedade não condiz com as fotos do anúncio. Não tem vista para nenhum jardim, não tem nenhuma sinalização para identificação, e as toalhas estavam completamente encardidas. Não recomendo」
