Awesome house with a spectacular view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three generations in this house for a weeklong vacation. We all loved the house and spent a lot of time on the back deck looking at the views (the nightly sunsets were amazing!).

Lovely Stay at Cape Charles

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The "123 Sunset" House was well furnished and supplied. We enjoyed the upper floors views and liked the layout of the house. We walked to the Oyster Farm Restaurant for dinner. The Property Managers went out of their way to be helpful.

Labor Day on the Bay

Well loved, maintained & stocked home on the bay. Everything was thought of by the owners. Large living space for all to congregate & each have his/her own seat. Well stocked kitchen included all the necessary cooking/baking/serving supplies + several pantry staples. All appliances in working order. Each family couple had their own large bedroom with plenty of room & their own private bath (+ bidets). Nice & clean upon arrival + a little treat from the owner, which was unexpected but so appreciated. Outdoor space is awesome with 3 separate areas to pull up a seat & enjoy the view of the bay. Lots of outdoor toys provided, from SUP & chairs to umbrellas & sand toys. Short path leading from home directly to beach. Outdoor shower & hose great for a rinse off. 1+ mile walk to most of the restaurants, brewery, shops & public beach. We rented a golf cart for convenience. The neighbors & neighborhood were quiet. Cape Charles is a great, safe walking town that didn't seem like a crowded tourist area for the Labor Day holiday. Will definitely be back for a relaxing retreat!

Great, clean, luxury!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great stay at 123 Sunset. The house is well laid out for a trip with multiple family "units" with multiple primary bedrooms, and all bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is huge! And the dining area makes it easy for family dinners. The view off the back deck is awesome, and the location is unbeatable in a gated community close to the main Cape Charles beaches. The private beach does have a good amount of glass, unfortunately, so be aware when walking around. Our only complaints are 1) the owner showed up unannounced and took their golf cart for the duration of our stay. We would have appreciated a little notice, and 2) the top floor HVAC/thermostat was malfunctioning, which meant the lookout area was unbearably warm during our summer stay. Neither of these really took away from our enjoyment of our stay or the property. The management company was awesome and very responsive!

Daughters Wedding

What a wonderful home! Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Well advertised and loved all the bathrooms! Something for everyone at this home! Will definitely be back!!
