clean and beautiful house only terrible pool area.

The home and location is beautiful, it was cozy enough for my family to have a fun Christmas vacation. Now couple of things, first of all the pool is NOT heated, the listing needs to be updated to correctly reflect that there is an option for an additional rate to have the pool heated. It is listed on the vacasa website but not on vrbo. Also the couch and rugs wrecked of dog urine. I understand it is dog friendly, but we had to combat the scent with candles to make it tolerable. Lastly, the management company vacasa is the worst, they spent the day arguing with me over the non-heated pool instead of trying to offer a concession. I would recommend only to book this home in the summer with your pets.

The game room is fantastic for kids, and the house itself is brand new with top-notch finishes. The pool was sparkling clean and perfect for family fun. We had everything we needed, from a grill to a booster seat and even beach day essentials. We're definitely planning to book again!
