Spacious pool home

My family/friends of nine stayed for Christmas week. We all slept comfortably and the open floor plan made it easy to entertain. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook/BBQ including everyday spices. Check in was seamless and managing company was on point. We had a small plumbing issue in a bathroom that was fixed shortly after alerting management. Beds are comfy with fresh clean linens. Location was convenient to Publix and restaurants. Bonus was a beautiful park around the corner with tennis/pickleball, basketball and large playground which was great to have nearby. I would highly recommend this property to families/friends of all ages.

Cape Coral Escape

The house was great, though it felt a bit sterile compared to our previous rentals. Specifically, there were no dressers, and the supply of bath towels was limited, which made it feel less welcoming. When we arrived a week after Hurricane Milton, the screen surrounding the pool was damaged. However, Fabian was exceptional; he promptly made some calls, and the screen was quickly repaired. Fabian kept us informed during the hurricane, maintaining excellent communication even during our stay. Renting from Sea Star Property Management, LLC was very easy. Overall, because of the excellent communication with Fabian, we would definitely rent from Sea Star again!

Amazing Stay

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. The kitchen has very nice/new appliances and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved that the house was stocked with things that you hate to buy on vacation...paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, laundry detergent, etc. The host was very responsive. If we had questions about anything they were very quick to respond (within minutes) We stayed over Christmas and I asked if they had a Christmas tree we could borrow for the week and when we arrived it was already set up and decorated! The back patio was absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time out there while the kids played in the pool. The canal was beautiful! Our son loved to fish off the canal. It's very close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved that the owners had restaurant recommendations for us. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!!
