This home really wowed us with all it has to offer! The lanai huge & amazing. We spent nearly all of our time outdoor enjoying the pool, hot tub & gorgeous views of the lake from our on the lanai. The sliding window walls in the Living Room & Master Bedroom were awesome. The way the pool is situated makes it look a lot like an infinity edge pool seamlessly overlooking the lake. It's an impressive view that makes this home feel particularly luxurious. The hot tub is top of the line & very very nice. The home itself is very clean & well-maintained. Ingrid, the property owner, has done a great job of stocking the house with everything you'll need to make it a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. We prepared a nice Christmas Dinner here & loved eating out on the lanai.The dock looks fairly new & gave us another place to safely enjoy the sunset views over Mojave Lake. There is no swimming in this lake as there are signs posted to warn of alligators in the water, although we did not see any alligators during our stay.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood & near lots of restaurants & grocery shopping, etc. The home itself is spacious with many unique architectural details. It's luxurious, but comfortable.Ingrid, the property owner, is very responsive & will reach out by email or messaging to ensure that you have everything you need & that your stay is 5 Star Worthy. Definitely worthy of 5 Stars! We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!!

First, the pictures are spot on. The home is really quite lovely. VERY clean. Bright. The view is spectacular. The sunsets are beautiful. My wife and I stayed 9 days. I felt very safe in the home and neighborhood during our stay. It is quiet at night with relatively little daily traffic. Wife and I enjoyed days lounging by the pool tanning, reading, dipping in the pool or hot tub occasionally. Occasionally saw fish swim by the pier and even a few turtles. As far as getting some rest and relaxation it was the right place for us. We needed it and got it, Evenings were spent at different genre dining establishments and then coming home for a glass of wine on the pool patio while enjoying a quiet evening of peaceful waters on the lake. The home is a very short and very easy drive from many, many fine restaurants, groceries, gas, etc. we left many restaurant recommendations in the guest book. From Fort Meyers airport it was an easy 41-minute drive, if we stayed in Cape Coral again would we stay here? Yes, we would. Ingrid was easy to communicate with. She did everything you could ask of a host and always wanted to make sure we had a great time. Thank you, Ingrid.

The Blue Pelican is a great vacation home and we could feel it the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The house and pool deck are spacious and laid out nicely. The neighborhood around the lake is quiet with great views of sunset. Both the pool and the hot tub were very clean and set at just right temps. At the end of the day, it was nice to have a large, comfortable bed. Ingrid was exceptional to communicate with and strives to make sure your time there is top notch. My wife and I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

11/10 RECOMMEND!!! This property is absolutely stunning! We saw so much wildlife in the lake while enjoying the pool every day! Every morning we had breakfast in the lanai and watched the anhingas fish, the turtles popping thier little heads out, and the beautiful hawks flying in the sky. The sunsets here are so beautiful and Deep Lagoon is a restaurant that is 15 minutes away with the absolute best fresh seafood!! We totally recommend the Blue Pelican and we will most definitely be staying there again!! We miss it already!! Ingrid is a very wonderful host and she makes sure your stay is perfect! Thanks again for everything!!!

This is a LONG review, information worth reading about. Stunning. Once you walk thru the front door, captures the beautiful view. Until sunset..... not thinking it could get any better.........., BAM add breathtaking to this description. Check in was very simple, unlock LockBox, take out key, open door. Every amenities we needed were in the Kitchen, Bathroom, thruout the entire house, garage,pool, hotub area.. We especialy like that owners took the time to take pictures and post them inside the cabinet doors as to the contents. We had an Amazon package deliveried. delivery company messed up one package, owners were VERY helpfull to assist in locating one of the two packages. We not only have found a place to stay for future, also feel we have found a new freidship.

The house itself was so spacious and laid out nicely. The neighborhood was delightfully quiet and had great things to do. Great little getaway!

My husband and I stayed here as a little getaway. We did a whole lot of nothing and it was heaven! The pool was perfect, the view was spectacular, and the bed was absolutely divine. Very quiet neighborhood and great communication with Ingrid! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent property. Perfect pool. Relaxing hot tub. New tempurpedic mattress in the master. Amazing panoramic views of the lake from anywhere on the lanai. Tvs in both bedrooms plus a large screen in the living room. Numerous channels to pick from. Nice large sectional for 5, with recliners for 4. Very cozy and homelike place to stay for a quiet little getaway.
