Welcome to Simple Elegance, where modern sophistication meets serene waterfront living! This contemporary, newly built home is a stylish sanctuary along a Gulf-access canal, offering comfort, chic design, and endless boating or fishing possibilities.

The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space is perfect for crafting meals while enjoying panoramic water views. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms – two kings and a queen – and two baths provide restful retreats, with all bedrooms featuring TVs and two bedrooms offering direct access to the screened-in lanai. Tasteful furnishings throughout create a sleek, inviting ambiance, complemented by a cozy fireplace and a gaming system for indoor entertainment.

Step outside to the screened-in lanai with a heated pool and spa, a TV for poolside viewing, and West sun exposure. Lounge poolside, dine al fresco or indoors, and fire up the propane grill. Fishing poles, beach gear, and bicycles are provided for endless waterfront adventures.

Whether watching stunning sunsets from the deck, unwinding in the spa under the stars, or cruising the canal, Simple Elegance delivers a vacation that blends relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable memories.

* * Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

This home was amazing! We were hesitant because of the limited reviews but it exceeded our expectations! Pool and hot tub were the perfect temps for our mid 80's days. The home was spotless. Our two girls shared a bed in the third room but we loved that there were 2 king rooms for us and my parents..My parents even added two additional days because they didn't want to leave and that prpcess was seamless, as well! 5 stars!
