Separate spa turns on and heats to 100 degrees with the push of a button. Beautiful landscaping, peaceful sunsets, and a covered lanai area will make this backyard oasis the highlight of your stay. Enjoy your time outdoors with a propane grill, dining area, pool toys, beach equipment, and other thoughtful amenities. Just relax and swim no matter what time of day.

Only a half hour from Fort Myers airport! Enjoy all of the Cape Coral restaurants, activities, outdoor fun, and more in this incredibly convenient location. Stay here to enjoy Sanibel beaches & shelling, Fort Myers Beach, Spring Training, Matlacha, downtown Fort Myers - just to name a few local attractions.

The home is light, bright, and filled with Florida vacation vibes! Three bedrooms are appointed nicely with comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, and guest storage. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig and all of your cooking/baking needs if you choose to make and eat your meals at home. Or check out our digital guidebook for local restaurant options, there are many! Rainy day or rest time? No problem. Each room has a smart TV and the house has a collection of games to enjoy. Want something more active? Play a game of ping pong in the attached garage.

You will be required to sign our rental agreement and submit a security deposit within 24 hours of booking, which can be done electronically. The $500 security deposit is placed two days before arrival, and released 3 days after departure if no issues happened. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8am. We offer access to purchase separate travel insurance.
