Come over and enjoy some southern hospitality in our quiet, clean, conveniently located townhouse. This newly remodeled Townhouse is the perfect location for visitors coming to the SportsPlex, medical professionals, a trip with friends or family or maybe a cozy night for someone looking to escape a hectic life. It is 1.1 miles from St Francis Hospital, 2.7 miles from Southeast Hospital and 3.5 miles from SportsPlex Sport Center. The areas most popular restaurants, Panera, Chili’s, Starbucks, Red Lobster are nearby too! If you enjoy bike riding , walking, or running you will love being close to Cape LaCroix’s recreational trail. We look forward to your stay!

Clean but needs repairs
Kitchen table with only 2 chairs (rental for 8 people). Rental was clean but floor trim was pulled away from walls, several doors would not close (missing hardware). Upstairs bathroom door would close but not lock. Downstairs bathroom door would not close at all and shower door would not stay shut.. Sofa in main room was clean but broken down.
