Absolute Enttäuschung

Man bekommt nicht wofür man bezahlt hat. Zimmer mit Meeresblick am Pool gemietet und bezahlt, Zimmer im Untergeschoss mit Baumblick bekommen. Es wurden uns zwei andere Zimmer gezeigt, wovon das eine eine "offene" Toilette vor dem Bett hatte, die nur durch ein hüfthohes Mäuerchen abgetrennt war. Notgedrungen haben wir das andere Zimmer nehmen müssen. Nach unserem sofortigen Protest hieß es, es hätte ein Buchungsproblem gegeben und das Poolzimmer wäre 2x für den selben Zeitraum gebucht worden. Man werde sehen, was zu machen ist. Natürlich ist nichts passiert, wir mussten wegen Hochsaison und anderen ausgebuchten Hotels in unserem Untergeschoss bleiben, obwohl ich täglich die Leitung wegen des falschen Zimmers erinnerte. Schon der unbeleuchtete Treppenabstieg ist nachts halsbrecherisch und nur mit Handylampe zu bewältigen. Der Eingangsflur stinkt sehr moderig und im Zimmer waren noch nicht einmal die Kopfkissen des Bettes bezogen. Wegen der großen Hitze und der nur zwei handbreit zu öffnenden Fensterschlitze, habe ich die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. Aber diese funktionierte nicht und blies nur warme Luft durch den Raum. Die Dusche sollte man alle 2 Minuten abschalten, da sie wegen verstopftem Abfluss sonst überläuft. Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, dem es an Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit aber stark mangelt.
