「Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.」

「I was so impressed with the outdoor areas - so clean and free of litter. And upon entering, the hotel smelled amazing, lobby so clean and inviting. Front desk staff super friendly. And the rooms were amazing. So clean, smelled wonderful, beds were so comfortable, furniture and built-ins so cool and best of all the hand soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers best invention ever!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. 」

「Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. 」

「The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.」

「What a hidden gem near Townsend!! This is a very unique place to stay (I was just looking for a hotel room) The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a neat walk in shower. Just like a bedroom with a gorgeous view of a mountain. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure stay again and a bit longer than just one night. Check in was SO easy. I didn't get the email because it was a last minute decision to stay, so I called and almost immediately got a text with information. Excellent find!!」
