「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. 「The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!」

「Leider momentan wegen Bauarbeiten im Umkreis(nicht in der Anlage) nachts etwas laut. Ansonsten super schöne ruhige und gehobene Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. 「Francesca and her staff are all very lovely and always on hand to help with anything you might need or offer dining advice. The property is centrally located but despite this, very quiet. I doubt any other property has a better view. Breakfast was a good spread and there was always a fine selection of cakes we managed to take back to our room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend casa turchetti, and hopefully one day we will return.」

「Perfect location, right on the mains street and over the road from ‘restaurant alley’ as we called it. It’s worth considering that the B&B is up 50 steps from the street. Our room was comfortable and a good size, quiet with the shutters closed. A continental breakfast was provided in the room and we had a fridge which was a bit noisy but couldn’t hear anything with my earplugs in. Francesca was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended. 」

「Amazing location right in the heart of Taormina’s Main Street. All locations were walkable, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The room had all of the amenities you would expect, and then a lovely little touch of a complimentary mini bar. Ferdinando communicated so well leading up to and during my trip, and his recommendations of places to eat and things to do was perfect. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone! 」

「Super friendly, great breakfast, large, clean, well appointed room with a good bed - what more can you ask for」

「The property is lovely, lots of flowers and a very nice pool and sun deck. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is spacious and well appointed. We had dinner there and were very surprised at the quality of the meal. Breakfast was very nice and the service was great. We recommend il Borgo!」
