We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. "

The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay.
