Spacious barn conversion set in a quiet rural location, but with good links to Carlisle, the Lake District and the Scottish Borders.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Range, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, French Doors Leading To Garden Ensuite Wet Room: Shower, Toilet

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite Wet Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet

Separate Toilet.

First Floor:

Living room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Multi-Fuel Burner

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Oil central heating (underfloor in kitchen), gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Tumble dryer available on request. Small, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (£120 by prior arrangement with owner, private). 1 well behaved pet welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Set in a quiet, rural location, this barn conversion, adjacent to the owner’s home and set on a working beef farm, provides spacious holiday accommodation. It is full of character and charm, with original beams and exposed stonework throughout. Well-equipped, it is always warm and cosy, and has been tastefully furnished in a homely, cottage style, and also boasts a garden that looks out over lovely views. The property is set at the end of a private lane, yet Carlisle and Hadrian’s Wall are only a short drive away. There are excellent links for those wishing to explore the Lake District, Newcastle and the Scottish Borders. The market town of Brampton is 5 miles away. Shop 5 miles, pub 1½ miles, restaurant 2½ miles.

Approach to property is by a rough or gravel track.
