Was the perfect house for our week in Carlsbad

We were in town for a combination vacation and meeting with family in town.The house made for a great place to host family with a beautiful view of the water. The neighbors were all incredibly friendly - we felt like part of the neighborhood!

Amazing Stay in Carlsbad!

The property is great, even better than the pictures! It was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Having beach chairs and boogie boards available was great. We are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Beautiful views and an amazing location

House was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy and the patio with fire pit was perfect to relax in the evenings. There was an odor in the bathrooms that never went away but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again! Thanks for making our trip memorable!

Wedding Weekend

Came for a wedding in San Marcos. Wanted to be near beach. Wonderful location, views, close to beach. Fun times with the arcade game as well. Very comfortable beds, very spacious. All in all would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Awesome Ocean Views

We were in the area to attend relatives 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration and a Naval change of command ceremony for our nephew. Did not get to spend as much time in Carlsbad as we would have liked but it suited our needs perfectly.

Picture perfect

Property is picture perfect, stylish decor, beautiful landscaping, magnificent view of Pacific, and easy walk to town. Only downside was the inhospitable weather, including a few atmospheric rivers.

Great SoCal beach getaway

Spent a week here with our family & this was the perfect place for us. Great location with the beach in walking distance and a short bike ride to Carlsbad Village. Loved the morning on the patio with the cool ocean breeze and the view. The rental unit was very well equipped for everything we needed and the accommodations were modern, clean and comfortable. The bikes and beach equipment in the shed were also ideal for the week! Great communication with Kelly leading up to the week and during our stay as well.

Perfect Place

My husband and I travelled to California to visit my husbands 1/2 sisters he found on Ancestry. This home was the perfect place to to visit and get to know each other. We took the short walk to the beach, visited great restaurants nearby, cooked for eight with no problem, and really enjoyed the great patio area. The beds were so comfy and everything was clean and neat. I wish all the places we stay could be as great as this one.

A Week in Paradise!

Location, Location, Location! This is a wonderful property with beautiful views of the ocean. Owners are very nice and have everything you need to get started enjoying your vacation. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and town. Unit is newly renovated and has everything. The only thing I would recommend is to book two weeks because you won't want to leave!!!!

LOVE this house!

We adored our stay here - we were here for a week and are already picking a week out next year to come back. We rented the bottom unit and it was perfect for a girls weekend. We had 4 adults and were more than comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the house had every thing we could ever have wanted/needed. We had zero issues with finding parking right in front of the house, even on weekends. The patio is incredible, we spent almost all of our time out there. We also love that the same renters have the upstairs unit and we’re hoping to bring more family next time and rent both units. Thank you so much for our incredible stay!

end of summer get away

Fabulous place. Great vibe from the minute you go through the door. Attention to detail - home decor, kitchen amenities, towels, super comfy bedding, tv's, games, outdoor patio, just sitting on the rockers loving the view! All pretty amazing.

Sunny retreat

This well located rental was on a quiet street with a lovely view. Walking to town or the beach was easy. The home is well stocked for guests, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. There are many windows to open to catch the breeze, and we hardly used the a/c in July. With many fun things to do nearby, and such a comfortable space to come “home” to, we truly felt “in vacation mode.” The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was extremely quiet and super effective. We had a great stay, and we hope to be back.
