Great Location!

You can't beat the location of this unit, easy access to all Carlsbad has to offer! We enjoyed waking up to ocean views every morning and watching the sunset from the patio every evening! :)

70 years and Going strong!

We loved the place, very comfortable, great location. Friendly word of caution patio chairs are corroded. 2 of the chairs broke on us. I suggest the patio furniture baby place.

Great Property

A wonderful 3 bedroom unit; clean and well appointed. I came with 2 of my adult children and my grand daughter and we were all comfortable; plenty of room for family time and plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space and view is beautiful and the propane fire pit is a luxury. Communication with the property management (Haustay) was great..we had no issues but did ask a few questions that were answered immediately. I highly recommend this property.

My family stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. What an amazing time we had. The location is right across the beach, minutes to walk and easy to walk as well! We will definitely be back!

Dream home across from the beach

Alicia was absolutely wonderful in arranging our 3 night stay! We enjoyed all the amenities and especially loved the huge oceanfront patio w fireplace. The house has an open, airy feel and each room is beautifully decorated!

Perfect location to the beach

We loved staying at this rental! Spacious, clean, close proximity to the beach. Everything we could hope for when traveling as a family. The rooms and beds were comfy. The kitchen was clean and organized. The front patio was relaxing with a perfect view of the sunset. So happy we stayed here!

Close to all Southern California attractions

Best of all.. across the road from a beautiful beach! Beach toys provided, outside shower makes it so easy to rinse sand off!!! Then a washer and dryer provided! We had a great time!!!

Perfect beach house

Easy process owner & property manager were great! The house was exactly as advertised and in great condition. Perfect location for the beach & either walking downtown Carlsbad or riding one of their beach cruisers. Great experience all around!

Great location. The beach is just across the road. An easy and pleasant walk to Carlsbad Village, which is an accurate description. We love the laid back, beach town vibe of Carlsbad.
