“This property is great. Convenient location to everything in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area. I walked every morning to Starbucks and then the beach (about 2 miles roundtrip). The home is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6. We didn't use the kitchen like we planned but looked well equipment. We did go to the communtiy hot tub and pool for an hour or so. “Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”

“Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right.
