Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
It was ok once you managed to get access to it. We only managed to get to the property after 2 days and customer service was not helpful at all. The address supplied (10 Picton terrace) will point you to a different house. They should have pointed out that it's Kent House. Also, the overgrown garden is not helpful as it's giving a vibe of abandoned house especially if the guests arrive at night. Parking is hard as majority is a double yellow line. The inside of the house is ok. Tired sofa. The bedroom and bed is good. Low hot water pressure when taking a shower. If you will use the bath make sure to turn the hot water on 15-30 minutes before you actually start bathing as it's droppings of hot water only. They have good cooking utensils albeit some was not properly cleaned (microwave)
