“Excellent customer service and very friendly staff
Restaurant excellent - ate in the main restaurant for dinner and again for breakfast. Both times very good experience. Really nice decor
Room - clean, good size, had a small balcony area, bathroom could do with an upgrade as looking a little tired in places, tv, kettle, hairdryer, safe, robes, very comfortable night’s sleep
Lesuire facilities - hot tub not working properly so not producing bubbles, main pool cold, relaxation room calming, good……

“Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries.
If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise.
Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool.
The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and……
