"Had a problem in our first room but was dealt with quick and moved. The view was amazing the only thing missing was somewhere to sit on the balcony Breakfast had so much to choice from. "

"Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers. "We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb.
