“We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). “The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty……

“Firstly, for us it was a great location, outside of the city centre. Though Pittsburgh was not far away. The house had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The washing machine and dryer in basement were really useful, to get our laundry done after our first week in the states. Kitchen had everything we needed plus the fridge/freezer was massive!”
