"The house is huge and beyond equipped. Everything was thought of in the kitchen and the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. It’s just up the hill from the Kings River with easy access to launch or take out kayaks. We floated down to Romp Hole access with an easy 10 minute dirt road shuttle back. This was a guys trip with only four guys so we all had a bedroom and full bath to ourselves. The notes say it sleeps 16 but its probably more like 20 with a a lot of kids. Would be a great setup for 3 or 4 families!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Berryville, Arkansas. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the property manager was prompt, responsive, and incredibly friendly.The home was very comfortable and well-suited for our stay, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The property is located in a quiet area with amazing views across the valley.This is truly an exceptional property, and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in or around Berryville. "We stayed in the cabin, and it was wonderful! This is such a great option for large families. We had plenty of space, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, and 2 full baths. Property is lovely, I enjoyed my coffee on the porch listening to the birds, and watching the squirrels and bunnies run around! Quick, easy drive to downtown Eureka Springs and the Passion Play. Walmart 2 min away. Great location, staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
