"We booked a king suite and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was just a plain, very small room. This is false advertising at best. Do not get scammed by this hotel. The only positive was the front desk clerk. She was extremely kind and efficient. Her kindness is the only reason we didn’t make an issue of the room. She was just too nice to complain at. Avoid this hotel. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Also, after check in we had a staff member unlock our room and just walk on in. Very unprofessional!"

"We hosted a friend reunion at the Luxe Lodge and had an incredible time. The house is about a 15 minute drive from Eureka Springs. The only downside to staying just outside of town was parking, as Eureka Springs was quite busy during our visit, but it was still well worth the short drive.The home truly has everything you could possibly need. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and even a theater room with very comfortable seating. It really felt more like staying at a private resort than a rental.Our mornings quickly became our favorite part of the day. We loved cooking breakfast on the Blackstone, relaxing in the hot tub, unwinding in the sauna, and finishing with a cold dip in the pool. While the listing mentioned the pool was heated, it did not seem to be on during our stay. That said, the host was extremely responsive, and I am confident it would have been resolved quickly if we had reached out. We just didn't feel the need with so many other great amenities to enjoy.One standout feature was the heated floors in the primary bathroom. Such a luxury and now officially on my must have list at home.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend the Luxe Lodge. We would gladly stay again!"

"I loved this cabin. It was so cozy and quiet. It had everything I needed for my stay. I loved to get back to the cabin after a busy day. It was so peaceful and beautiful.Brittany came to meet me and help me find the right cabin. She is a really good host.Looking forward to staying there on my return visits to Eureka Springs."

"Great value for the price. Plenty of parking, quiet at night, billiards table in hospitality room. Comfy beds. Great front desk staff."

"This property was very clean, including the hot tub, shower, bathroom and kitchen. Very secluded. There were enough towels to go around. The road to the property would be difficult if you have a low sitting vehicle. It is gravel and some parts get eroded with large grooves. Very close to town. The bed and pillows were comftorable. Great natural lighting in the bedroom and living area. "
