「Stains in the rooms, keys didn’t work half of the time. TVs went from black to on and off. Left over hair stuck on wall. Needs more cleanliness.」

「This was absolutely one of the worst places I've been to. We checked in and out with a full refund within 1 hour of arriving. Upon checking in it seemed a little run down, but not gross. Once in our room, mind you is a Luxury King Suite with a jetted tub overlooking mountain view. It was a small room, I wouldn't have let my dog in the tub, and it came with a mini fridge filled with cockroach egg sac frozen in the ice, microwave was barely big enough for a frozen dinner, the bed smelled like bath...
