"I chose El Caribe because I was attracted to its history, tradition and eco friendly grounds. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, polite, helpful and eager to help. Unfortunately, the management needs to do a much better job of training the staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served. "The staff was amazing and went out of their way to treat us like royalty each day. They cooked us amazing food for the included breakfast and for lunch and dinner. The location is right on a quite beach with beautiful sunsets and the hotel has beach chairs, beach towels, and cabanas all included in your room rate.
