Although I only stay one night it was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was really good. My favorite part was the bed it was amazingly comfortable. The only downside there is no mirror in the room besides the one in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

La habitación bien, a pesar de que las cosas de aseo, tales como papel higiénico y toallas teníamos que estar pidiendo, ya que no las reponían. En cuanto a la muchacha de servicio que estaba presente cuando los administradores no estaban, contaba con un pésimo servicio al cliente, respondía de mala gana y no ayuda a ningún inquilino. Y en cuanto a los desayunos, lo que ofrecen no era aceptable para el costo adicional que se paga. No hay variedad y solo existe un tipo de desayuno. No ofrecen jugo, solo café y chocolate a veces.

Excelente la atención de las recepcionistas Valery y Dayana. Muy amables y dispuestas a entregarnos la mejor info de tours. El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y segura. La habitación estuvo cómoda, amplia y limpia. El desayuno increíble. Muy recomendado para aquellas personas que valoren la tranquilidad y comodidad.
