This villa is a great choice for holidays with young children, as it has a children's pool and a children's playground that offers lots of entertainment for the little ones. Located in a quiet residential area in Sesmarias, it is a good location to explore the delights of the area with the popular resort of Carvoeiro and the quaint fishing village of Ferragudo just a few minutes away by car, plus all the beautiful beaches to visit. The villa itself is very well furnished and has all the amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

About 1.5 km from the nearest cafe / restaurant and a mini market and 3 km from the nearest beach of Caneiros.

Accommodation: 8 + 2 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Ground floor: front door opens to the hall that leads to the open plan living room and dining room with large patio doors that open onto a partially covered large terrace overlooking the pool and children's play area. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV, fireplace and air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker (cups and filter), oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher.
A small corridor from the living room leads to a bedroom with two single beds with patio doors to the pool, a bedroom with patio doors to the pool, an additional bedroom with two single beds and two shower rooms. Stairs to a double bedroom with a TV, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the pool and a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living room for a surcharge if required.

Outside: The outside space is very beautiful and has an outside table with chairs, separate lounge set with modern pergola, barbecue with sink and water tap. At the back you will find the laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer and also a clothesline. An outside toilet is also available.

The pool has a salt water filter system and measures 10 x 4.5 meters and has a depth of 80 cm to 150 cm. There is also a children's pool with a depth of 50 cm. Outdoor shower.
There is a basketball net and a small playground with a swing and slide.
