"What a prime location! We have not come across them more complete and tidy than this. Everything is clean, spick and span and complete. A wonderful place, lots of space and lovingly cared for by the owner. Beautiful plants and flowers and a nice and clean swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, garden benches, etc. Top quality. From here it is easy to go (e.g. by train) to Cinque Terra, Genoa, Portefino or to Baia di Silenzio."

"Il mulino is about 10 minutes (by car) from Sestri Levante. The house is as shown on the photos. It is very clean and spacious, the equipment is very good. We had to start the heating a bit as it was cool sometime - it is working perfectly for a stay asside from the summer. Paola was very welcoming and gave us all the information needed for our stay. Everything was well organised and as she lives very close, she could come around if necessary. We had a nice time although the weather was often...

In der Wohnung alles notwendige war vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb 100 m erreichbar. Cons: Keine Kaffemaschine, Kein WLAN, Nur italienisches Fernsehen, Für selbstverpflegung Herd zu klein, Lage der Wohnung direkt an einem Kreisverkehr und Parkplatz. Frühes und ähnliches Treiben/ feiern raubte einen den Schlaf."
